This includes digital product downloads, digital courses & services.

All digital product downloads are processed immediately & sent to your provided email address. These will be provided as downloadable attachment links.

All service orders begin processing after 24 hours. Correspondence is also sent to the email address you provide.

All digital product downloads orders and follow-up steps for service purchases will be sent to the email that you provided with your order. Allow up to one hour max for receipt of purchases & order confirmations.

Shipping / Delivery Speed

There is no applicable shipping via mail for digital product downloads and digitally-based services & service requests.

All digital product downloads and follow-up steps will be sent to the email that you provided with your order. Allow up to one hour max for receipt of purchases & order confirmations.

 

Refunds

Please be advised that there will be NO REFUNDS due to these provided products & services being digital.


Since digital product downloads are immediately in transit to your email address after purchase, refunds for digital product downloads are not applicable.

Since custom content is created to fit your business with every service purchase, refunds are not applicable.

 

Cancellations

If you have placed an order FOR A SERVICE and would like to cancel your order, please contact us via the email address below. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the original purchase date/time.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime & are also NON-REFUNDABLE!

Cancellation requests must be emailed three days prior to the transaction date. Any cancellation request received less than three days before will be applicable for the billing after after the upcoming charge.
